Sõsu Kombuchas are produced 100% naturally, using quality ingredients. No artificial preservatives, colors or sweeteners. Fermentation is carried out using artisanal methods, allowing each batch to reach its maximum quality and flavor. Furthermore, the natural gas resulting from the fermentation process gives our kombucha a gentle effervescence, making it a refreshing alternative to your usual drinks.

HOW TO CONSUME: Sõsu recommend's drinking a glass daily on an empty stomach (in the morning or at night before going to sleep) to better feel the beneficial effects of this drink. But since kombucha is a tea, it can be consumed at any time and in quantities that make you feel good.

INGREDIENTS: 

Lemon and Mint: Filtered water, cane sugar*, organic green tea, symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, lemon, mint.

Ginger: Filtered water, cane sugar*, organic green tea, symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, ginger.

Coffee: Filtered water, cane sugar*, organic green tea, symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, coffee.

Strawberry Tree (Medronho): Filtered water, cane sugar*, organic green tea, symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, strawberry tree.

Cherry from Fundão: Filtered water, green tea, cane sugar*, symbiotic culture, cherry and peppermint.

*Sugar is almost entirely consumed in the fermentation process.

HOW TO STORE: Store at 2º to 5ºC. Consume within 3 days after opening.
