WE SHIP WITH DPD, DHL PARCEL, Fedex, UPS or DHL EXPRESS

Sometimes, we use our Portuguese Postal Service also.
Don't forget, to transport RUGS, FURNITURE and HEAVY GOODS we use a special carrier with door to door service.


After your order has been dispatched, you receive an order confirmation by e-mail from us.
Later you receive an extra tracking information email directly from MUNDANO and/or our selected carrier.
Your final order confirmation will always be necessary at the checkout. We don´t process any orders without this confirmation!

 

DELIVERY TIME

Our carrier delivery time is from 24/48h in Portugal + Spain, and 2 up to 10 days depending upon your country located in EUROPE. Unfortunately, there may be delays in some European destinations due to the extraordinary situation that the world is going through.
OTHER COUNTRIES and INTERNATIONAL shipments may take around 2 or 6 weeks, depending on your destination and local customs office situations during the Corona crisis.

 

What if I'm not home?

Most of the time, if no one answers on the first attempt, the carrier will automatically leave your order at the pick point or access point closest to your address, and the carrier will inform you where your order has been directed.
It is very important that you always follow the information given to you by your tracking number so that you can choose the most comfortable solution for you if you have to make any changes to your delivery.
Mundano cannot schedule deliveries on days and times or make the carrier make more than one delivery attempt, as this is an internal policy of the transport companies.

RETURNS & REFUNDS (if applicable)

We ask that all your orders be conscious and that you do not buy anything immediately with the intention of exchanging, options like these have costs for both parties, costs for the planet and are not conscious of the times in which we live on our planet.

We ask that you read our exchange conditions carefully again so that you can be aware once again of what can and cannot be Return, Refund and Exchange.

 

Return, Refund and Exchange policy

We have a 14 days return policy. If 14 days have gone from the day the order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or Exchange the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and for sealed items or sealed packaging, the seal or the outer plastic or similar will have to be intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or several types of goods are exempt from being returned

* Items with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original packaging or condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Perishable goods such as food or flowers, and other products like newspapers, books or magazines, tarot, oracle and card decks, underwear, intimacy pleasure objects, candles, health, personal, skin or body care products or intimacy lubricants, perfumes or essential oils, downloadable and software products, gift cards, or other products missing in this list. We also do not accept returned products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify by email you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We may refuse a refund until we receive the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed packages
If you refuse a delivery or an unclaimed packages return to us, you’re responsible for the original shipping costs and the return postage charges to us.
As soon as we receive the package, we will notify by email how you would like to proceed.
– If you want us to resend your order, you will be fully responsible for the re-shipping cost

– If you want to cancel your order and receive a refund but lets us know immediately;
– We can also offer you credit in store.

In case no reply is given to us in 15 days, you will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the initial purchase (without the shipping costs).

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale, promotional, last chance, black friday or other sales or promotions running in our store cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item or different size, send us an email at mundano@mundano.com and will let you know how to proceed.

Return Shipping Address
To return your product, please contact us right away and we will let you know the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost, Stolen or Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for lost items or stolen packages. Please double check your order carefully before finalizing it, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.


We will do everything in our power to resolve any issue as best as we can. Contact us if you have any doubts where your package is. We will contact our courier service to know more info. Please beware that our courier takes a couple of weeks to reply to inquiries and it is out of our control (can take up to 30 business days). Once the investigation concludes, and if the item is lost or missing, we will either send you a replacement package at no cost or process a refund.
